Wim, het blijft vermakelijk, zo’n coffret de communication daar bij jou in de bergen. Zeker wanneer je bedenkt dat die geacht wordt ook voorbereid te zijn op een mogelijke glasvezelaansluiting. Sommige Franse electriciens schrikken soms een beetje wanneer ik dit deel van de Franse regelgeving afdoe als iets dat in de praktijk op de lachspieren werkt. Fransen zijn immers nogal legalistisch ingesteld, de wet is heilig ook al is die door mensenhand gemaakt.
Bij de introductie van het amendement 3 op de Franse elektranormen schreef ik er in 2010 voor de Britten al een keer wat over, heb daar vijf jaar later eigenlijk niets aan toe te voegen:
